Please use common sense, the dog has no history of biting. The kids were playing and maybe got a little excited so the dog got caught up in the emotion of it all.

Nosy neighbor should not have a say in something that happened to a family NOT his own. Adults in the dog's family should have the last word, and that seems they want their dog back.

Euthanization is an unduly harsh response to a dog who merely nipped someone. We don't execute a human for punching another human. Let's get some perspective here, people.
