Marley, you sure do not deserve to have come all this way from Afghanistan, just to be put on Death Row! BCAC is a Bad, bad place and the Bay County Commissioner's, which decide what happens at our local animal control, need to be replaced. This is what our tax dollars pay for??

I went through the same thing with Bay County Animal Control. One thing I was able to do, that they do not tell you about, is get them out of animal control by having my vet agree to board them. This way I knew they were being well cared for and out of harms way. I was able to see them whenever I wanted and since they were on the beach rather than across town, it made things alot easier.(Breeze Animal Hospital is who I used and the staff was great! They wrote letters in my girls defense and even agreed to be witnesses on their behalf.) I hope this helps!

This is beyond ridiculous! Marley should be at home with his wonderful family. We also have a dog with us in England from the same area. These are loving, trusting and loyal animals and I know for sure that if our dog, rightly or wrongly, felt that one of us were being threatened, she too would nip! They adore us and don't want any harm to come to any of us. Free Marley, he needs to be back safe in his home.

How sad that this family is being put through this terrible ordeal. I have a beautiful dog from the same area from which Johnothan rescued Marley. My girl has the the same loving and trusting temperament. Look at the trust and love in those eyes!

This is absolutely ridiculous!!! We have better things out their to deal with the a dog who nips I am sure playfully to his own owner!!! I hate nosey neighbors!!!! What about petifile should are free to roam the streets or gangs or drive bys or worse selling drugs to children!!!! I mean wow seriously our hard earned tax dollars at work!!!! Let the poor puppy go!!!!! Just a way for a man or woman in a higher above is rank to show authority!!!!!! Let's get everyone fired up and get attention because we the animal control are ignorant!!!! I live in Michigan I tell you we have the best laws and the best animal control lady in our home town!!!! She is fair to both animal and person!!!!! And our judges are the same!!!!
