This is ridiculous. This type of over-reach needs to be outlawed. You have no business reaching into their lives abd violating their privacy like this. Give Marley, their fsmily member back. You are creating undue suffering to them all...especially Marley.

DO NOT murder this dog, I pray a Judge steps in and stops this madness! Things such as this have got to stop. Listen to the facts! Marley is not a dangerous dog! And he is loved by this family. Please stop this, it is "wrong!!" This story has just begun to hit the internet, just wait.. millions will have a voice in this matter, Millions! Lisa Ledwith Sarasota, Florida

Please quit the injustice in Florida! This appears to be a loving family member. Dogs feel threatened or in a protection mode will growl, bite or nip, that's what we want them to do it's their instinct and people should know that. This isn't an "attack" dog, he bit once to say, back off. I've been bitten numerous times, it wasn't the dogs fault it was mine. My parents would never have thought of suing the owners or have the dog taken in by animal control. Start punishing people instead of the animals. In this case Marley just did what a dog should do, the parents weren't upset about why should the nosey neighbor and government be?

No, stop this! This poor dog doesn't deserve to die because of a little bite. So many dogs do this, and it's a sign of loyalty not harm. It's completely natural for them and to kill them for it is barbaric. Please let him return to his family!
