We hope that neighbor has moved, or you have moved! YEARS AGO, we were surprised when Animal Control came to our home because our Dog did bite a child on his back! We were never able to figure how this happened, since our dog was always in our fenced yard! AND how could our dog bite a child through a chain link fense when dog was inside, kid was outside. FOUND OUT THE TRUTH, when a friend of the kid who had the bite said we had a bad dog. She told us her friend had gone into our BACK YARD, started to climb a ladder the electric company had left (they were trimming trees, left ladder in place when they went out for lunch. This kid started to climb the ladder, and our dog was trying safe the kid from getting hurt, by pulling the kid by his shirt as he was climbing the ladder....

You can not Euthanize this dog! This dog did not hurt any person but the owners son and only nipped him any dog could do this despite the fact he's trained to protect. For god's sake the owner served for us and saved this dog now you want to take him away from his family? I'm sure the owner makes sure he is under control in public. Please let the ruling stand to save Marley!

Why has Mr. Jones not contacted the Lexus project as yet? I emailed them to help with the case since they have had good outcomes in helping people get their dogs freed from jail, They replied me letting me know that they were not contacted about this case. Mr. Rosenthal at the Lexus Project has good success so why not contact him to get Marley freed? Mr. Jones please contact them ASAP!

Marley was clearly acting not to harm, but to protect his family member. Any human who would perceive harm to a family member, would do the same thing to protect. Marley's actions are no different! Free Marley!

Free Marley. He was doing what he thought he should. Protecting a child. He didn't know the older child was playing around. He was wearing a mask. What if was an actual intruder that did this instead of the brother playing around. Then Marley wouldn't be going thru this. He needs to be home with his family not locked in a cage. Don't you think he has suffered enough

Putting this dog down would be the cruelest & most injust act of humanity. This dog doesn't deserve a death sentence. No one is pressing charges for a nip or small bite. The dog was in protection mode. That's what dogs do even if they aren't trained for this. Give this dog back to its loving family. This county is being totally unfair in this situation. There is already so much pain & suffering for dogs all over the world. Free this dog.
