Let Marley go home. Go after those puppy mills and those who abuse these animals. I see it everyday, chained up no human contact!! Go get them and find those broken souls a home. This saddens me that this place is like this instead of concentrating on those who abuse them!!! Let him go!!

I have been nipped by friendly dogs and have never asked them to be euthanized.

What is wrong with the court system in Florida? Don't you have some serious cases to solve? You should concentrate about animals killer or child molester running the street!. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking such action on a poor defenseless dog which by the way was fighting for our freedom in Afghanistan. Forget about your EGO TRIP and free Marley, So much about compassion and it shows you must be a dog hater and for that SHAME ON YOU

This is just ridiculous....what you have done to this dog and his family. There is no reason for this. Do the right thing and send him home. There are better things for the law to be doing!!!!!

Bay County should be ashamed of themselves. This dog should go back to the family and stop this garbage.

By law, the judge's ruling is ludicrous. Apparently the entire "justice" system is a joke and complete FAILURE.

Marley should be given back to his family without the impossible stipulations that are set for them., especially considering he was a service dog. #freemarley

This is ridiculous! To label a dog as dangerous and condemn it to death for protecting it's family. Most dogs would behave in the same way.

What occurs on private property witnessed and testified should not be misconstrued, misinterpreted or a misuse of power. This dog was acting like a healthy balanced dog protective and in control. Do not change the facts the family has declared the truth and are responsible for their childrens welfare as well as their personality property their dog. Let thisdog go home. Drop the false allegations and let this family move on. Go fight real abuse not this injustice.
