Don't put a good dog down! This is obviously the older sons fault! Let her live! Give her a chance, she deserves it. Animals are compassionate, loyal, and unconditionally loving. Throw the book at a criminal, not an innocent animal.

are u crazy im getting sick of the way animal are getting treated there is no need to put him down send him back to the owners he was only playing as soon as he knew he let her go and by the way I have 2 big dogs if he meant to bite her he would of done a lot more then a nip the dog would of ripped her face of so stop being stupid and release the dog let him go home

Attorney, you need to put your pride aside and do the right thing. The people have spoken. I'm not sure if you're in a citizen elected position or not. My thought is that if you want to be reelected and not have this effect you negatively in the people's eyes, you need to STOP THIS campaign you're on against Marley.

All dogs bite if you play too rough with them, they return the same amount of roughness that you do to them because they think that is what you want. That it why people should not play rough with any animal.

Please free Marley, he's a good dog, just doing what a good dog does to protect it's family/owners. It was just doing what it thought to be right, if anything it's the parents of the child who was nipped and scratched that should be addressed here. They need to teach their child to respect animals and learn how to deal and live with them. Marley the dog did nothing wrong. FREE MARLEY!!!!
