In a world filled with problems this doesn't appear to be one that is deserving of any further action. The Dogs owner and parents of the child are willing to assume full responsibility. Please free this animal of its confinement and certainly do not have it destroyed!

Please free Marley! Do not kill an innocent dog. Have him tested by a dog behaviorist if needed...the ASPCA has guidelines. I guestion why the attorney has decided to spend taxpayers $$ because she doesn't like the court decision.

Well from what I have read, seems the teen causing all the hoopla needs to be removed from the home! I am a voice for this furbaby that has done nothing wrong...being p revoked I would bite (or kick if I was a horse) too!!

Florida euthanising Marley is deplorable!!!! This family, and especially Marley has been through ENOUGH! Get off your high horse, find your compassion, and allow this family who clearly love their other family member very much, ABD RELEASE MARLEY TO HIS FAMILY! If youdo not I and tens of thousands of others globally will do all we can to cause you trouble and negative publicity which will garner national publicity if not global coverage! Anyone who never had a dog will never understand that dogs have the greatest capability to love & protect. This is an injustice to Marley & should be freed. I the family love her & want her.... It is then nobody's business if she nipped just to protect.
