Oh my gosh the dog nipped and scratched the kid. Dogs and cats get excited they do that. If the family thought the dog was in any danger they would have called. The lady needs a life and to get you know what. The family also needs a 6 plus privacy fence for idiots like her.

This law is absurd and wrong on many levels. There should not be laws in place to condemn dogs ESPECIALLY if they are provoked or someone hurts the animals resulting in a bite.

Most children who roughouse with their dogs will get nipped. This pup did nothing wrong! Please release him to his family who love him. It is time we stop "well meaning" but uninformed neighborhood policers from thinking they know best.
