Killing is not the answer to every problem. Clearly the problem here is the roughhousing son. Make him behave.

My dog used to play rough with me sometimes. He sometimes bit me, but did not break the skin. Its a dog's job.

I cannot believe that people are so ignorant--especially those serving in government who should know better--this case should never have gotten to this place.

Marley was just doing his job.

Seems like the "older boy" should be penalized not the dog.

Please Do Not Euthanize this sweet pup, I own 5 dogs and they too appear to be " aggressive" at times while " playing" but would NEVER injure anyone !

This is s lived family dog. Look at the photos. The dog had spent enough time away from his family. If Marley is put down you will be killing a family member. Plead reconsider

That family loves their dog. Playing rough and wearing masks led the dog to act instinctively in the protect mode. This dog didn't bite a stranger or a baby nor was he on the loose running the streets. Consider the circumstances people!

Let this dog return to his family. I have been nipped and scratched countless times when rough housing with our dogs. If we euthanized every family pet that nips or scratches when playing there won't be any pets left.

Please release this much loved dog back to his home , it's what the whole family have requested including the son who had been nipped by their dog while protecting the younger son, believing he was in danger

The killing needs to stop because of overcrowding and other dumb reasons. I hear these stories all the time on the internet about ppl who want their pets back and the county kills them anyway. It's disgusting and so wrong in every way. WTF
