For God's sake, doesn't the County attorney have more important things to focus on? I'm, not aware of the severity of the bite, but the news seems to report it's negligible. Please -- let the dog return to his family + if he needs training, I'm sure they'll arrange for it.

You, Bay County attorney and neighbor, should be ashamed of yourself for continuing this ridiculous action. Shouldn't you be blaming the 15yo for provocing the dog. Don't you have better use of you time.

The dog was just playing and didn't mean to hurt anyone. Same thing happened with one of my dogs, he was quarintined for three days then released back to us. Do the right thing send Marley back home.

This is very much animal cruelty to want a dog put down because a teen played rough and had a toy gun ..That is what dogs do ..protect their family ..That is like saying a grown up teasing a dog should be put down ..I strongly do not believe this dog deserves to die..and the teen was nipped ..not bitten and mauled..This neighbor should mind her own business and report REAL cruelty that adults do to their dogs ..We are their only VOICE>>!!!

These were play nips and scratches. He doesn't deserve to die because of this. He's had a hard life and deserves to go back to his family. He was only protecting the child. Just not right he be killed.

Saving Marley. It's time for Florida to come out of the dark ages in regards with dogs. Educate yourself on the subject and stop making decisions on life n death of dogs out of ignorance. This was not a vicious attack. Dogs are living beings. Not objects to be thrown away. A stupid child created this unfortunate situation and your answer is kill the animal. Someone wearing a mask (and you don't recognize them ) comes on your property n torments your family what's your reaction?

Used to deal with and train dog of different breeds, sizes and groups, the behaviour the dog showed is not agressive, its protective and in tune with how a dog should behave. Free Marley.
