Best dog I ever owned bite me and I deserved it and understand why. Roughhousing with the kids and she saw me as a threat to them. The whole family still misses her and that was 20 years ago.

Release Marley to his family. It is unconstitutional to take Marley from them.

What's with the lawyer...wasn't he allowed a dog as a child & is now taking it out on Marley & his family. GIVE THE FAMILY BACK THEIR DOG!!! And get out of office for abusing your presumed 'power'.

This is so ridiculous! This precious dog did nothing wrong!! He was protecting a small child, and didn't even hurt the 15 year old. Seriously.....do the right thing. Send him home and worry about something that actually matters in this world....I think the government can find many more worthwhile things to try to "manage". .

Murderers, rapists, and child molesters are allowed to walk around free, and this attorney wants to kill a dog for protecting his family. Dogs are better than lawyers.

The kid rough housing with the dog while wearing a mask and brandishing a toy gun is at fault here and the dog should not Be put down because of it. Dogs read body language and facial expressions and obviously felt he and perhaps family were threatened by this kid's actions. The dog should not be killed for it. The animal control agency is over stepping its bounds.

It is scary to think that we as humans can so quickly and unjustly sentence an animal, who was doing nothing more than protecting a member of his family, to death. Please do not do this. Please FREE sweet Marley and return him to his family. Anything less is absolute cruelty in its highest possible form.

Hes been raised around the kids, I think if there's any questions about things, maybe a basic obedience course, its not fair to strip him from his family or strip his family from him, hes a family member to them.

Please do the right thing and return Marley to his family... he was just trying to protect his loved ones. This is totally cruel and ridiculous.

The dog is a family member and was just protecting a younger child. He should be freed.

How about training (for the whole family) instead of euthanizing a family pet? That's depraved.

It is hard to believe that a public official is being so hard nosed about killing a dog that was being a protective dog. Did this Jennifer S. just get very upset because she didn't get her way? Let's not allow this narrow minded person cause the death of a beloved member of this family.
