Having worked and trained dogs professionally for over 20 years, this is absurd. These officials clearly have no common sense, no decency, and a very sick and warped sense of justice. They themselves are guilty of animal cruelty in keeping this dog locked up and should face criminal charges for it.

This dog should be released to his owner. The neighbor should be sued!! The Animal Control Facility should be investigated...no wonder I would never move to Florida Had family living there... and prefer freezing to living in such a redneck state!

This dog was doing exactly what he should have done, and you're letting the situation be manipulated by some trouble-maker. wearing a mask and brandishing a toy gun. I would have bit him to.maybe the parents need to teach the child how to treat a dog and what he did to this dog is so wrong. gave the dog back

This neighbor either hates animals or just dogs. Perhaps they are simply ignorant and in need of an education in dog behavior. While I believe that what that person did was cruel, the county is far worse. They needlessly murder animals without even trying to get them adopted and now they are ripping a family member away so they can murder him. I am so disgusted with people who murder innocents under false pretenses. This is nothing but an excuse to murder and an abuse of power. Please prove me wrong and let Marley go live with his family who love him dearly. Show the children that snuffing out an innocent life is WRONG.
