It seems like this is no harm, no foul. It should be a no brainer to return her to the owners, The attorney seems like he is trying to assert his authority and that is exactly what we don't need more of in this country. Imagine the pr if he releases the dog and maybe put out a press release. Maybe not his original thought but it would score big with the electorate.

Dogs are family. Marley was rescued and now you want to destroy him? How awful if that! The teenager was wrong in teasing Marley and he knows that. There was no damage and Marley was doing what he js supposed to do. The nosy neighbor should have discussed this with the parents first. As far as scratches the second time the teenager was rough playing with Marley, how would the neighbor even know being it was in the house??? I find it very disturbing that a neighbor would even know what is going on behind closed doors. Maybe the neighbor should be investigated. FREE MARLEY!!!
