Please let this pet return to it owners. In the 71 years of my life I have never seen so much abuse of power in all parts of city, state Government . Where has common sense gone. Let the dog go home.

It is incredible how heartless that commissioner is ,... It is something personal that probably happened to her in the past , and she wants to take it on Marley , investigate her past and find out ,... If the 15 years old acknowledges that it was his fault , the county must release Marley
