this is awful- is this really ALL you have to do in your city- second guess the family and the magistrate? look at the pictures- this dog loves those kids...in one instance he thought he was protecting one, for which he should be applauded, in the other they were rough housing,..accidents happen...it wasn't on purpose...THAT is why it is called an accident. WHAT does this Shuler person ave against dogs anyway She needs ot do more research!

This pup should not be euthanized for doing what he was trained to do...if the family isn't pressing for euthanization then a neighbors complaint shouldn't be the reason this pup loses his life!

What do they think he done wrong? Sounds like he was doing as he was suppose to. We don't euthanize child molesters or murders, and they truly know right from wrong.. animal control and the humane society should be advocates for the animals and neigjbors need to mind their own business

It was not the dogs fault. People want dogs for protection, yet the dog is taken away when does his job to protect.

Marley sounds like a great dog who was put in a bad situation, He should be home with his family.

Animal control should have listened to the circumstances and walked away. As for the nosy neighbor.....mind your own business or talk to the owner!!!!!
