Surprising that an animal control that should understand behavioral tendencies in this type of dog would do something like this... Doesn't sound like a very reputable organization. The dog poses no real threat to anyone... the kids didn't know how their behavior could set off the dog. Give the dog back to the family and find some animals in need of help.

Please let this dog return to his family! As a five year old child, I had a Malinois and he was my best friend.... I once was playing with her in the garden and yes, I was teasing her. She turned her mouth towards me but didn't bite me. My grandfather saw this scene and gave the dog away. Although I told my grandfather it was my own fault, the dog had to go away. I was allowed once to pay her a visit, only to see her sit in a cage outside, where she spent the rest of her live. Now I am 43 years old and tears are still rolling while writing this. Every time I see a Malinois, I cry. It traumatized me! So please let her return to those children and don't tramatize them.

Please help this dog to return to his family! As a (5 year old) child I had a Malinois and I was teasing her, so she turned her mouth towards me, didn't bite me, but was just telling me to stop. My grandfather saw this and gave the dog away. She spended the rest of her life in a cage. I was allowed once to visit her, seeing her in a cage outside. I am 43 years old now and still tears are rolling, while writing this message. So HELP this dog please. Belgium

Give Marley back to her family. They regard us as their family and as a result are very protective over us as humans. She needs her family, give her back!
