This dog is obviously not dangerous in the manner in which the law was written. If the family, "victim" included, wants their dog back don't you think they know the true nature of their dog? Please find in favor of the family and Marley and return him to them. Thank you.

Marley was doing what he was trained to do. I bet that neighbor would have a different perspective if there was a robber at their house and Marley scared him off. Let Marley go home

Please release Marley and let him go back to his family where he belongs. He was only doing what he was trained to do! It is NO business of the neighbors! Obviously the 15 yr old that Marley bit is not afraid of him and that says it all. This dog is not vicious! He is a loved family member! If your children get rough housing and one hurts the other do you sentence him/her to death??? Child molesters , rapists, and murderers are not even put to death!! This is ridiculous! Help dogs to live, not to die. At a flash of a hand, the poor animal is sentenced to death and does not know why. Please, please let Marley go back to his family.
