Marley was protecting a child from a masked teenager. She should be applauded for her love of the child. She is family! Have a heart!! How can you kill her? for a nip? You are inhumane if you kill her.

This is a dog that is wanted and trusted - he isn't vicious, he misjudged the situation - that shouldn't warrant the death penalty.

This is insane. First of all, the neighbor should be smacked upside the head. If the family was not concerned then why is this being taken so far. Let Marley go home. We have enough problems with animals in shelters and rescue.....quit adding to the problem by taking pets away from people who obviously love their animals enough to fight for them. Shame on that neighbor for causing so much distress on this family and this dog. The dog has been through enough. I hope Karma pays that neighbor back ten fold!

This wasn't the act of an aggressive dog! Rough housing should be supervised by an adult and this playful nipping Marley does could easily be stopped with training. Don't kill a member of this family

This is crazy. Send that pup home. Don't you kill enough animals?? I've been bitten by almost every animal I've ever owned and it's ALWAYS been MY fault. That dog isn't vicious and doesn't deserve death.
