I would take Marley home in a MINUTE! Sadly, FLorida is not known for intelligence.

This family knows Marley and the limits of Marley's training. They should get Marley back. Why doesn't animal control go after the abusers of all the other dogs/cats dumped at animal shelters all throughout the U.S.?

I don't understand? If the owners aren't blaming the dog, and the 15 year old who was bitten isn't blaming the dog, why is anyone else involved? #FREEMARLEY!

My dog nips me when we play and she gets a bit excited... But she knows not to get any more rough and pauses when I say " ow!" Like an " oops! " ... I'm sure Marley was just letting the 15 yr old know that he was being too rough...otherwise it would be a full on attack if Marley is as vicious as they are making him out to be!

Dogs are animals and should not be killed for following their natural instincts in cases such as this one. If we held humans to this standard then we would ourselves be extinct.

This is a matter within a family and animal control should never have become involved. Get out of it and let the family work with Marley.

Look at the circumstance as to why he reacted, just protecting his kids.

Marley was protecting as he was trained to do. If the owner felt Marley was a threat, he wouldn't want him around his kids. Marley needs to be with his family.
