This is awful an crazy what the city and state are doing to your "HANDSOME MARLEY"..I hope and pray that you get enough signatures on this petition that Marley is released and all charges against him are dropped and he can come home to you and your children.

I had a wonderful dog who was the best ever. One day we were playing Tag in the woods with a group of friends and their children. When one of the little girls was tagged she shrieked and our dog Duke nipped the man who tagged her in the butt . He told us "Don't punish him - he was only protecting her". This is the same situation. Marley was only protecting his younger human.

This is nuts!! A Furfriends protect us when they think we are in danger. Dogs can't use words so their next recourse is to growl or nip. Please let him go!!!

Do NOT kill this precious animal! Dogs communicate different than humans and he was simply telling the boys to calm down. This is absolutely absurd that you are threatening this animals life for being a protector in his eyes.
