This is a FAMILY matter. The child was obviously not injured, nor was a neighbor child. These people obviously know their dog, and what caused the minor nip. This is not fair to the animal for neighbors or Animal Control to intervene. FREE MARLEY!

this dog was only protecting one of his people against a larger one. a nip is what one dog would do to an out of line puppy.

I really can't believe this. What is wrong with the Bay County, Florida Animal Control Agency? Kill a dog because of a nip! That is irresponsible and these people need to find different work that doesn't require a heart or a brain.

To kill an innocent animal whose actions are not justified by death, is inhumane. My dog was attached by a pit bull @ 6mos, had to get 33 stitches, my daughter had 2 punchers from our dog cause he tried to lear her away when she started to help defend him, the owner of the pit bull had his hand ripped open and thumb broken and was taken to the hospital. Ask me where the pit bull is today? Home with his family, I didn't not go to court the have their family dog put down as killing and taking ANY life is NOT our decision to make, but I did demand rehabilitation and the right measures to be taken to correct the problem. And because this poor innocent dog NIPPED his own family member who clearly knows their dog and defend his actions, Florida state wants to put him to death. You will not only kill and innocent dog YOU WILL BE DESTROYING A FAMILY. I honestly don't think I would ever be the same should this ever God forbid happen to the joy of my life! PLEASE dont NOT destroy this family...MARLEY IS FAMILY!!!! I will pray for him <3 xo

FREE MARLEY This is crazy. Even though they were playing and younger Marley went into protection mode over his humans. Don't be mad at the dog for doing what he thought was right. You want to kill a dog, but you will not do anything to molester that destroy kids really. The system is very backwards. Praying God will protect this beautiful baby!!
