This is ridiculous, this dog was doing what is in his nature...to protect. The nip was an accident, my GSD would have done the same if someone was wearing a mask and he felt he needed to defend. There are so many dogs that truly need help, this one needs to be home with his family. Sorry but this entire situation is just stupid, get that dog home before you cause damn to his spirit!!!

This should be a matter with the family and family only!!
The dog was protecting his family, didn't bite anyone else so why is the state getting involved. Give the dog back to his family where he belongs!!

They have no right. How is it that when it's husband and wife calls its considered family dispute? They have no right. It's a family matter. Neighbor needs to get a life and mind own business.

Please do the right thing and let this family have their dog back home. Heavens, sometimes bites happen in vigerous play. Leave this up to parents. These things happen everywhere and dogs do not get euthanized. Imagine how the kids are going to feel when they find out there play led to such a horror. Praying for Marley and the family to be together. They have come so far. Stop the insanity.
