This is why you NEVER give you dog over to animal control. I would go to jail rather than turn my dog over to them!

Put your energy into catching evil dog abusers.Laws are a joke. This loveing dog was doing what they do.Protecting the family.,15 yr.old should have known better.I'm sick of humans causeing animals to be abused. Many people get dogs for protection.Get the Animal Abusers please.and let this family dog go home .She loves them enough to put herself at risk

I have just been reading about the wonderful work of Nowzad Animal Rescue in one of Pen Farthing's books. I am sure he would be horrified to hear what is happening to Marley. The neighbour who is responsible for this ridiculous state of affairs should have the backbone to retract the report and contribute to your legal costs.

Nosey neighbors may be well meaning, but are most certainly not always correct!!

A protective nip within your family on your property is hardly grounds for outside intervention. Heck... I've had a dog attack me and my horses - causing a serious accident (the other rider fell and was dragged 500 ft). I never even considered calling animal control on the owners.

Get your hands off of Marley ... he is neither a dangerous or vicious dog - he is a family pet who was doing what he thought his job was!

As some of you know, we went to court on March 3rd for an appeal against the "Dangerous Dog" designation for Marley and the County Attorney's ambition to euthanize him. Marley was protecting my 5yr old while he was being chased by his 15yr old brother. Our fight is the same as it has been for many dogs that have fallen victim to unconstitutional and overzealous actions by County Animal Control agencies throughout Florida. Thankfully, the FL Animal laws have been found unconstitutional by several courts throughout Florida, so I do understand the Judge taking his time. Declaring a state law is a delicate process and thankfully these other decisions will hopefully aide Judge Welch in siding with Marley and his family. WE ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATE EVERYONE'S CONTINUED SUPPORT!!! https://youtu.be/P_kGZwdKq9M
