There is another case that the judge ruled that it was not justified to euthanize the dog.

Stop the craziness . This dog does NOT need to be euthanized. What is wrong with people and what I want to know is how did this Nosy neighbor get involved ??? She /He needs to stay in their own lane. Glad that person is not my neighbor . Free Marley !!!!

A little bit of common sense needs to be used in this situation.

DO NOT EUTHANIZE MARLEY, HE WAS ONLY PROTECTING A FAMILY MEMBER, NOT KNOWING THE OLDER CHILD WHO WAS WEARING A MASK AND HAD A TOY GUN WAS JUST CHASING THE 5 YR OLD AND WRESTLEING HIM ON THE GROUND. THAT JUST SHOWS HOW MUCH MARLEY LOVES AND WILL PROTECT HIS FAMILY MEMBERS!!! IT MOST DEFINITELY DOES NOT MEAN THAT HE IS A VICIOUS ANIMAL!!!

THIS IS PREPOSTEROUS! THE ATTORNEY IS ACTING CHILDISH IN REGARDS TO AN INNOCENT PUPPY WHO WAS DOING WHAT HE WAS TAUGHT TO DO, PROTECT! THAT NEIGHBOR HAD NO RIGHT TO ACT ON THIS AT ALL. MARLEY IS INNOCENT AND SHOULD BE HOME WITH HIS FAMILY!!

For the love of families, let this be a family issue. They know their kids and their dog and I doubt they would endanger their children if the dog was indeed too aggressive. Send Marley home where he belongs.

You can't just euthanize such a Young dog over 1 incident. Since its owner wants him & knows he's harmless, let him Live and check up on them 1 x a year or so if in doubt. Killing is never a solution.

A parent willing to go to these lengths for a pet is obviously 100% confident that the well being for their children and others is not at risk by having said pet around. This is asinine.

What part of this is your business ?? NONE OF IT IS !! This was a dog nipping his owner. This does not concern you or the town. For you to interfere in this families life like this should not be allowed. Do you think you could stop acting like your the King. Because what happened here happens all the time in one's home. A dog is a dog. You should know that. But this is no business of you or this county.
