Animal control is overstepping their bounds. There is no reason to kill Marley. He is a loved family pet and should be at home with his family!

The animal control are way overstepping here. It is ridiculous that animal control is even involved in this situation. It would seem that both animal control and the nosy neighbor both enjoy inserting themselves in situations where they are not needed or wanted. Do they have nothing better to do with their time? Animal control needs to back off. I'm sure the family is completely capable of deciding what is right for them and don't need a power hungry government agency overreaching and trying to kill their pet.
