How about enforcing using common sense and proper judgment as a prereq for hiring people that hold animals lives in their hands with their decision making.

People need to back off and leave the dog alone. The family isn't concerned about the dog and their son was bit so obviously the dog isn't a danger. Leave the dog alone and let him go home.

Please do right by this pup and family. Return the dog to the family. Nosy neighbor should mind their own business. Government officials get off your high horse and be human for a change.

Power hungry people should never be elected to government positions! This dog was doing what it was trained to do. Nosy neighbors should be held accountable to their interference. Give this dog back to its family and pay attention to your own house! He is not a danger, the animal control people are. Fire them all!!

Marley was protecting the younger family member. Happening in their own yard, their own family members what is the reason the neighbor had to get involved? No reason Marley is not home with the family celebrating please do the right ting.

These types of Shepards are bred to protect flocks from predation. In turn they are generally very gentle with smaller things considered prey by most. This family will be devastated by this ridiculous "witch hunt". Protecting that small child is Marley's responsibility as a family dog. I wish you all the best.

If the neighbor did not get hurt and was not part of the "situation" then why is this happening? If only criminals got the immediate death penalty like you want to do to an innocent animal, a family pet. Do you job and let this family member go home!

So sad to see what people wil do to an animal for a slight infraction, yet we let peodphiles, drug dealers and murderers live and repeat their crimes. The neighbor needs to mind their own business. Please save this dog!

I hate nosy neighbors! Marley was doing what any dog who loves his family does - he was protecting one of his pack.
