So the dog got overly excited, got protective and nipped a 15 year old? My 15 year old stepson is 6'2". So ya, I think the dog was obviously being protective but he doesn't deserve to die. Let him be with his family and quit being stupid Bay County! Manatee was already shot down!

Seriously? The dog was doing his job. Doesn't animal control have better things to do? Go out and stop animal abuse, dog fighting rings and puppy mills.

Help save Marley. People should keep their noises on there own side of the fence. And their mouths shut. The animal control should only listen to the owner not noisy neighbors!!!

Will this county take stairs out of houses when kids fall down them? How about destroy all bikes when a kid falls off. Use your brains sometimes, not just your "regulations". This dog needs to be with his family! Get out of people personal business and tell that neighbor to get a life that doesn't involve other people's private business!

This pup was in her own home and doing what pups do - they nip. There is no reason to take this sweet pup away from her family.
