Why do people who don't know the real fact always seem to interject themselves into other peoples lives. This nosey neighbor had no idea of what really was involved and yet the "powers that be" react to this crap. Listen to the people who were involved to get the facts.Set Marley free.

Please let Marley go home to his loved ones where he can live a good healthy life. This dog was doing what he believed to be his job and that is to protect. Nosy neighbors have no business doing what these people done. Years ago my chow accidently nipped my son who was sitting on the doorsteps when a stray (who was a gentle lab) that someone had dropped out was trying to come up to my son for loving. My chow Trapper (who had been trained to guard my kids ages 6 & 7 at the time) snapped at the lab, just as my son turned to get up, Trapper struck him on the cheek. Never in the world would Trapper have bitten either of my kids or me. Because my son had to have stiches and I told the dr it was a dog bite, I had to put my dog in the vets for a week to make sure he didn't have rabies (dr's excuse) even tho he had always had his shots. Thankfully Trapper got to come home in a week. He lived to be 19yrs old and never bite anyone. Growled a few times at strangers but practically knew everyone who came to our house and next door at my moms too. This is just another case of the wrong people trying to make life hard on others and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. Until a person can keep their own house in order they have no right to interfere in others lives. I bet these people don't even like dogs and if they have one, theirs is probably abused in some form or fashion. Maybe you should look into their lives too. Please I ask you to let Marley go home free to the ones who love him. That child will never forgive anyone if you murder his beloved dog.. and might even affect the way he turns out later in life. Please reconsider and free Marley. Thank you for listening to a mom.

Unbelievable! I respectfully request that you reconsider your instinct to kill beloved family pet. Please do not euthanize Marley.. what is wrong with you ! Marley's family is fighting for him and SO AM I !!

Marley looks like an Anatolian who are naturally family guardians. Not sure why the neighbors' opinion comes in the play since this sounds like a family matter/decision. Hoping and praying for your family.

As usual guilty parties lacking common sense. Do your job do what is right and release this dog. The answer is not killing the dog. And shame on the 'neighbor'. They have no idea what being a neighbor is.

i think the family would know better than strangers how"vicious" their dog is, and if they don't feel he's a threat to anyone, people should listen.
