A brave protective dog, doing his duty. The nosy neighbour and Bay County, Florida Animal Control Agency are acting in ignorance and an innocent dog and his loving owner are suffering.

I am deeply concerned about Marley, and what he going through. I know everyone has tried to help, but unfortunately it just hasn't worked.Every single day while poor Marley is left in a glass cage waiting it makes him very sad and confused. He doesn't understand what he did wrong. Every time he is taken out and brought home and the city takes him back is absolutely inhumane. When did Marley become a part of other things? Although other animals, shelter help, etc. are important, Marley is left in that chamber every single Day. Things are being worked on,yet they never work out. Nothing is working as far as getting him to a sanctuary, It is either he can or he can't. Again, day after day he is left.I have rescued animals for the past 25 years and I have seen this before.Marley needs to be where he is loved and happy and if possible with his rescuer Johnathon.But again, Marley sits in that glass cage.He is just left with nothing, he is probably going stir crazy. Sometimes there are more humane things that would be better.What has been done to Marley is criminal. That whole city should be sued! But again, there sits Marley.Please understand, I want so much for Marley to be happy and in a loving home, but he is left again and that to me is cruel. Please don't fire back at me with insults, I say these things because I care about Marley. It breaks my heart.But leaving him every day in that glass chamber is worse.Committing a dog or cat to life in a cage is unethical and inhumane, Marley doesn't deserve this.

Please don't put Marley to death!

This poor dog should not even been taken away from his family he needs to be released back into the custody of his loving family there was no malice he is not guilty of trying to intentionally inflicting harm he loves his family his family loves him released Marley back into the loving family!!!!! Let this family have their family member released to them released Marley back to his family!!!!!!

to come from Afghanistan and to treated so heartlessly by Florida where he should be save with a loving family is just inhumane. People need to show more respect for our animal friends! Who do these agencies think they are that they can come into someone's home and take a family member away on the word of a nosy neighbour! Labs are the sweetest dogs with an amazing disposition. Don't be so cruel Bay County free Marley, let him go home to his family!!!

Friends, Wanted to share a new article that was published today in TheDodo.com . Want to thank them for their coverage of Marley and helping bring continued awareness and support to our fight against the unlawful Dangerous Dog designation. Also, we are still working on the issues with Homeowners Insurance. We've had many people come forward with suggestions, information and guidance on how to work through this hurdle and we have full confidence this will get remedied very quickly. While doing this, we are beginning construction of the 6ft enclosure for Marley on Monday and will of course post updates about it's progress. Thank you all for your help, support and care for Marley. I'll be going to see him tomorrow and will get some new pics and hopefully video to share as well.
