Justice for Jennifer Belle...Jennifer had her 1st ever DUI with gross bodily injuires and was "forced" to take a crappy deal of 7 yrs with a "violent strike" which gives her a total of 4 yrs 10 months at 85% time, after all her "credits"..she has spent 13 months in county jail and has been in priosn now for 1 yr...she has 4 more yrs to do. I am asking for you to sign this to get her out ..she did not deserve a strike she is a non violent person she is a mother of 4 noys, worked as a manger for a non profit oginization that helps disabled children..she worked with disabled children for 10 yrs..she made a bad choice to have some drinks and drive...she did not intend to hurt anyone...she did not kill anyone...she did not leave the scene of the accident...and she got more time then someone who killed the victim and left the scene with prior DUI's...Please sign if you want justice and to bring Jenn home to her boys. She is in the California prison fire program so even the Prison system does not see her as a violent offender..she is in the lowest security facility. she is not a risk at all for repeat offender...she has NEVER been arrested before in her life she is 30 yrs old. please bring this mom home to her boys.
