First time offense and non violent.. don't deserve this lengthy sentence! I know a lot of people that have done horrible things to other people and got less than 5 years ; WITH AN EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND! Free this man!

Rudy Ross is a great guy I have known him my whole life. 14 years is way more then enough time. Bring him home to his family an friends he has missed enough holidays. I signed the petition so come on if u have not signed yet it's easy only takes a few seconds. Love u Rudy always

Good luck, hopefully he can get out. I've been locked up in 3 Ohio prisons and best believe he isn't the only one dealing first timer ridiculous time for non violent drug charges.

I think the man's done his time he's way overdue and he needs and deserves to come home to his family and friends. He's a son, a brother, most importantly of all he is a father and deserves to come home to his children.

I really think this is absurd that this man has spent 14 years in federal prison for a first-time drug offense! He is not only an amazing person but he is a father, a brother, a son and he deserves to be released immediately. I think it's ridiculous that pedophiles serve less time hell even murderers serve less time! I think that Rudy Ross has overly paid his debt to society. And I really hope that this is looked at and he gets released immediately he deserves to be with his family and loved ones,it's just not right!

Rudy Ross always looked out for my mom growing up and my father..hes logically served his time. There is no reason he should still be in there. He should be free by now. His original sentence was 7 im certain, but hes done two times the amount of that.
