Free Jay "Rudy" Ross

I’ve known Jay since we were 8 years old. He’s not violent his crimes are non-violent, yet he’s serving more time than most violent rapist. He’s been taken away from his children for far too long. They deserve to have their father home where he belongs.

No man deserves a 35 year sentence for a non violent crime and I hope I help bring this man home to his loved ones.

I've known the Ross's for many years , Rudy's sentence does not by ANY means fit the crime.He does not deserve this injustice.

14 years is long enough let Rudy come home to his family who are wonderful people and will be a great support system for him

I believe his time has been served. This was a very harsh sentence. He deserves a chance to show that he is rehabilitated. No one is perfect we all make mistakes. He doesn't deserve to still be in prison when you see people who murder people walking free.

Hard to understand how a first time drug offender gets more time then a murderer,child molester. Jay has a heart of gold whom lived a good life being the man of the house after his father's passing. Jay deserves a second chance at life outside those bars.

I beluve in 2nd chances and dont think its fair to give someone so many yrs for a BS charge when u got ppl murdering and sleeping with lil kids them types of animals get a smack on the wrist and maybe probation Rudy has many ppl that live him hes a great friend and great father he deserves a 2nd chance so his children will get to have there dad in there lives

I’ve seen rapist and pedofiles do way less time than that and Rudy was never a violent person and he needs to be released he has did his time now free him and let him go

Rudy's a good dude nobody deserves something like this on this kind of charge we got people out here raping kids and killing and not getting this much time let this man come home and be with his family and friends

Rudy is a great man that has made some mistakes but he does have children out here that really needs him
