This man has served his time he is a great Friend and Brother too me his family deserves to have him home they are good people that is the true definition of love and kindness And i believe with his release you will find he can do alot for himself as a citizen of the community

I don’t know him but for a non violent drug charge and getting that many years on his first offense is crazy. I know someone who has been in trouble multiple times and still never got that long!

He is a good guy just got caught up I some stuff he has a family and tons of loved ones his sentenced was unjustified u have people out here raping kids killing people and getting smacked on the hands give him a second chance you do all the predators that did alot worst ty

Jay W Ross is my brother-in-law and he doesn’t deserve all this time being incarcerated. I didn’t know him before he went away but over the past 13 years I have helped raised 2 of his children and anything he could do for them he would. He has served 12+ years already and I believe that is a sufficient amount of time to correct bad behavior. His only still minor son recently lost his mother to drug overdose and he wishes to spend time with his Dad. His son is located in Johnson City, TN and it is extremely difficult for us to get Johnathan here to Columbus and then transport him to Bradford, PA and then back home. This petition is not to excuse his behavior but to say enough time has been served. Please consider this situation to be for your most urgent. We, as a family, need Jay Ross house for his children and widowed mother’s sake. His mom hasn’t seen her son outside of behind bars for 14 years. Please consider these letters of support in your decision. Thank you for your time.
