To those at every level who are responsible for Francisco’s detainment I implore you to reverse your actions and allow this young man to remain in the US where he has been a productive citizen and loving father to his children family and friends.

I have known him and his family for many years. It is unfortunate he is in this situation. He is a stand up guy. Hopefully this can be resolved in benefit of his family

Francisco has been wrongfully detained by ICE. There is no reason, given this mans long life here in the United States and application for Citizenship, that he should be detained or deported. I petition the government to release him.

I am a resident of Virginia now but have known Francisco for 18 years prior to living in Ohio. We would hate to see this country make a terrible mistake and deport such a worthy member of our society. He’s a hard worker, a loving and attentive father and a loyal friend. The idea of him not being here with his family sickens me and I pray that this will all be a misunderstanding and he will remain in Ohio to become a citizen of the United States.
