I didn’t even know ICE was arresting legal immigrants. It’s an outrage what’s happening at the border, but to think that this man hasn’t even broken any law boggles my mind

Have have the pleasure to know francisco since we were adolescences. We when to high school together and his sister and I became best friends. I know Francisco to be a great father, a supportive son, and I a great man. Please consider and take into consideration all the wonderful things he does as a hard working member or our society. His mistakes as a young man should not define who he is now. He is a great support to his children and his mother that closely depend him. May your extend a forgiving hand to him and allow him to continue to support his family.

it is truly disgusting that something like a restraining order from two decades ago can be enough reason to detain a man legally living in this country. i’m so sorry this has happened to your family. im once again so incredibly disappointed to live in this country and I am praying that these petitions and actions help to bring him back home

I have met Francisco on a couple of occasions. I know him through his children’s aunt. He is a hard-working man providing a role model for his children. He regularly attends his kids football games and dance recitals. Francisco is always present to counsel his children to be good citizens.

Also this just made 2020 even more f'k up than it already was, thanks oh wise G-men, you suck. 15 years Ive know this man to be honost funny caring and involved wth all things family. You yank him out of his life like dogs trained to roll over on command. Did you really ever ask anyone about him before this crap you pulled or did master spin his finger and you rolled over like a good doggy. Think people think and put his shoes on officer and know what he knows about his life then see if you belong where you put him. Omg

OMG this is exactly why the country is in turmoil. No brainer orders to do horrible things like rip a great loving caring man from his children. You forget he has friends and family and a great life here and they all want him here in his great life. Did we call the ACLU yet guys, they love to help with injustices like this.

Francisco has been a part of our family for 20 years. He is the father to my beautiful, talented, honor roll neice and nephew. He has shown up for every dance competition near and far. He attends as many of his sons football and baseball games he can if he is not working. He has provided since they were babies and continues to be a remarkable dad. He is hard working. He puts in 20 hour work days and does so with a smile. I've never heard him complain and hes always a pleasure tonbe around. Please free Fran. This would be devestating to every person who is lucky enough to know him. For Marissa and Carson especially. Marissa is heading to college in California in August and she wants her daddy to be a part of this next adventure. Carson has two more years of high school and needs his dad in his life.
