Do the right thing. Release this innocent man! What is taking so long??? This is exactly why some people do not believe in the justice system. I bends over backwards for some and drags its heels for the rest. So unfair!

Please exonerate wrongful convictions. Far too many innocent men, women, and children are either wrongfully convicted and in prison or have been executed for something they didn't do. This must stop.

The State doesn't want to consider this case because many other previous cases will be overturned by a corrupt detective. This is an outrage. This man should be set free. He has an alibi, there are two witnesses who saw a man in their 30s, and an argument with the girlfriend before the gunshot. The victim and girlfriend had gang ties and other lovers. So many other suspects. This poor kid was framed.

Facts show a clear case for a new trial. A lying lead detective and one half of the main witnesses coming clean about his untruthful should be more than enough to give this kid a free trial and a new jury to hear the case. I
