I feel our justice system is broken. This case is the perfect example. There seems to be more to this entire case surrounding "Ricardo" and "Ofelia". This man who was only a child at the time needs to be given a mew trial. Why are they not looking into that cop? My dad was a damn good Deputy Sheriff so to see a cop be dirty is disheartening and downright scary because it could happen to any teen! Give this child, now a man, a new trial!

i think the girlfriend knows exactly who killed her man. Who is Ricardo. Thats the name she repeated and then blames this kid? Give me a break. terrible job by the police. Let him go now!!!

I just watched the 2 episodes and this case needs to reviewed again and be granted a retrial. He was set up. I pray that justice be granted.

This man deserves a second chance, specially being wrongfully convicted and I truly believe he is innocent after hearing and watching these incredible detectives and attorneys amazing job gathering all this new evidence, ALSO, DETECTIVE RIVARDS! SHOULD BE BE REVIEWED FOR EVERY CASE HE HAS EVER DONE!! I THINK HE HAS WON A SEAT TO BEING CONVECTED IN WRONGFUL CONVICTION !

After hearing new information, I do believe Evaristo Salas Jr should be released from prison and more investigation on Detective Rivard's past cases needs to be deeply reviewed. Criminal prosecution for Det. Rivard would be justifiable.
