If we cannot accept fault, then we agree to the failures of it. Stay strong Evaristo.

This man is clearly innocent and I am so tired of this system and the lack of empathy that goes with it. It's Sad how easy it is for this system to throw people away forever in a heartbeat but when it's clearly proven that he's innocent it takes years if ever to Aquitaine him and give him his life back

I live in Australia and am really interested in this case. I feel it is a massive injustice and hope that you are free as you should be. This really touches me about your strength and the overwhelming doubts of your guilt... and still no retrial or in reality not found to be a mistrial. The day you are free would make me a happy man. Good luck and best wishes. I definitely will be keeping informed and following your case. Don't give up.

I believe the girlfriend of the victim has a kit to answer for did anyone bother to investigate how quick and if she has moved on and you would think she would keep the ties ipen with her deceased partners family seems very suspicious to me

So mch reasonable doubt and reason for the oppourtunity of a re-trial. Do better by this boy locked up before his life had a chance to start and who's spent more time behind bars than he has lived free.

He did not receive a fair trial. Too much evidence pointing a to his innocence. Why is the system not working towards justice?

This man is so obviously innocent and should be granted a retrial

There is no doubt that this young man was wrongfully convicted. The court system there is bordering on corrupt

This is B's it has been proven those people lied and no evidence to prove he did it he deserves to be released and the judicial system needs to realize the problems within and see us as people not just pawns and look down at us

There is no concrete evidence that connects Salas to this murder. His case should be reconsidered by the courts.

I think there is a lot of evidence against the girlfriend that needs to be further investigated. Why would she want evidence destroyed?

Free the man and hold the people responsible who lied behind bars

As a former person who spent 517 days wrongfully incarcerated 20 years ago in Bozeman Montana, I watched the two episodes and want to learn how I can help Mr. Salas beyond signing this petition.

Free this man, innocent until proven Guilty and there is no proof at all let alone beyond a reasonable doubt
