This is so sad he is innocent after all the evidence has been brought you my attention this man is innocent and deserves to get a new trial with all the evidence to be brought out.

The evidence does NOT prove that this man is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. In fact, there's almost nothing tying him to this. Not only is this unjust for Evaristo, but also Jose (the victim) and his family. All parties deserve to have this case looked at again. Make it happen.

The informant was bribed, Wife of the victim had the truck cleaned and sold quickly and was hypnotized by the police to identify Junior Salas. He needs to be freed now!!!

I'm in Australia, but heard The Generation Why podcast on the case. I know enough of American law to know that the standard of proof in criminal cases is *reasonable doubt*. This is seemingly most certainly *not* met in the case as originally tried, but add to that the apparent violations by the police and prosecution, and you get a case. that *needs* to be reheard. Sounds, at the very least there were several Brady violations....

Let this young man have the rest of his life free. The guilty one is that girlfriend of the victim. Sounds like she got out of the truck in time to have who ever she paid to kill him have the time to do it. She pick up his truck cleans it to get ID of the evidence that would have found her guilty!!!!

There seem to be many inconsistencies and things that were left out of the original trial. At least there should a new trial if not a direct release.
