I believe he deserves a re trial. I believe he was convicted for murder on all circumstantial evidence. There is no actual evidence showing he was at the crime scene or that he even knew the victim at all.

The case wasn't done properly. You don't release the truck 4 days after and clean it. And the police handled things poorly. #nojustice

Almost 25 years is LONG ENOUGH. Evidence supports that he did not do it. Clearly the witness knew the killer and she put an innocent kid in jail. Find the real killer, convict him, convict the witness for purgery. Ofelia is a liar.
