If u go to prison and ask everyone is innocent but this guy is part of the 5% that actually is !!!!!! Good luck and its BS they can do this to people in the united states of America its a flawed system that needs to be changed from top to bottom most people that serve on a jury dont even know what reasonable doubt is and it can change from person to person so thats where it starts and there should be more than that when talking about putting a person in a cage for life !!!!! My favorite part is that law wants us as citizens to own up to our wrongs and “man up” and confess when we do wrong but what happens when they get it wrong …..they fight til the bitter end and NEVER admit they got it wrong and in the process keep an innocent person in the system even in the face of facts proving “beyond a reasonable doubt” they got it wrong remember that thing well guess what it dont go both ways now does it they need 100% proof to let an innocent person out and this guy needs to be out like last week !!!!! Sorry my man this happened to u and i hope they get it right correct it and u get compensated correctly for you and your loved ones anguish

I feel this story deeply. I have an x boy friend who is currently sitting in prison for life for something hes 100% innocent over. No DNA nothing. So I do feel this and feel he is 100% innocent without a reasonable doubt!

I saw tho story on Investigation Discovery and firmly believe Evaristo Salas Jr is innocent. His conviction should be overturned based on flimsy or no evidence against him.

This is why I do NOT trust the police!! There is a "new breed" of law enforcement with an ego the size of Alaska!! They no longer care about "community policing." Very sad.

I saw Reasonable Doubt tonight. The ones who should be behind bars are all the dirty ,lying bullying cops , lawyers and everyone else involved.The so called witness that tampered and took the truck should be locked up to, yet her lying no good ass is still free.That’s truly messed up!!

God never gives us more than we can handle. There is a reason for everything. We may not know why for a while or ever....but there IS a reason. It's terrible that sometimes innocent people have to carry that burden but at the end of the tunnel there is light. God bless

I watched both shows that featured Evaristos story and read more about it and from the jump I know he was innocent. In my heart and mind I 100% believe the girlfriend had Jose set up and just picked whoever out of the last line up just to get the pressure off her and get the case over and done with. FREE EVARISTO SALAS!!! Bring him back home to his family. Best of luck to you Evaristo. May God be with you!

There's such an injustice in this world when an innocent child goes to jail, a murderer is still roaming free, families are torn apart and hurting to the core, and all the while the people who are supposed to prove incident or guilty, the people who were supposed to"*trust**to get this right, didn't even bother to try!!!! Karma will work it's self around to all those who deserve it! I pray that justice can be served and finally get things right by opening the doors to that cell!!
