This man deserves, at the very least, a new trial or just an overturned conviction. He never should have been convicted. Get him out.

Ofelia knows more than what she is telling! Who cleans a murder scene up so quickly! Sells a truck ? Then never allows her child to see the family of the man who was killed! She is hiding something and may be the one who set him up!!

My son christopher sanchez was serving 85years to life back in 2012 when he was shot and killed by the tower guard in high desert prison during a riot. My son was killed 11-9-12. My son was not given a fair trial back in 2011. When i watched Evaristos family on TV with the retired investigator and he said they wanted to help, i cried my heart out! Nearly lost it! All i could think of was " what if" my son were still alive! But he is not! He is buried and GONE! My heart goes out to this young man and his family, so i am here to sign this petition and pray this young man gets a chance to win his case and gets his freedom and be able to GO HOME! Keep fighting Evaristo! I told my son the same thing and he was doing just that and passed the paralegal test he was studying for. But he was killed before he was able to know HE PASSED! STAY STRONG AND POSITIVE young man! LIVE for all the young fellas who never made it out of the yard! Hugs to you and your family. ##christophersanchez23yearsold## ##momma will always luv you chris##

After watching Reasonable Doubt and listening to all the material, and the stuff that was not presented there should be another court date, and that girl friend of that other person should be arrested for tampering with material. And he should be released.

The police got this one so wrong! I do think that the jury should have been informed of the girlfriend getting car from impound cleaning and selling, tampering with possibly crucial evidence and the hypnosis was just a stupid idea its not admissible in court. SET EVARISTO SALAS JR FREE and give compensation for the time spent in prison! ASAP
