I’ve seen shady work, this tops the cake. After everything that’s been made public, I believe either Ofelia put the hit on her boyfriend to take their son, or he was gunned down because it was found Ofelia was an informant. Absolutely nothing points to this kid ring guilty, and the State of Washington will pay heavily for this corruption. Officers like Rivaldo, is what’s given police a bad name. It’s sad.

After seeing what was used against him, I don't believe it was founded and he is likely not guilty.

Why has no one looked closer at Ofelia? Strange that she got out of the car and left Bugs sitting there, then amazingly, someone took the opportunity to shoot him. Then went and got the truck and cleaned up what was a crime scene? Seems like she was covering up for someone!

After watching Evaristo’s story, I feel that the investigation was handled improperly..Most of the evidence to me, points at girlfriend..The biggest red flag was the fact about the truck, being the crime scene, why would anyone erase all evidence?? That totally blew me out the water!! In my opinion, a new investigation needs to be opened with her as the Main Suspect!!

Even though I am not a fan of gang life, it doesn’t mean that an individual is guilty of a crime without due process. I watched the show Reasonable Doubt and based upon the information investigated on the show, I am in agreement that this young man, even with a criminal background, was entitled to “due process” as an American citizen.
The court system has done me wrong in the past, based upon a system that isn’t perfect and run by politicians that may have other connections/agendas more important than the case itself. With that being said, we still live in the best country in the world & I pray that the truth will set this young man free with an approved appeal trial. All lives matter…

I deeply feel the girlfriend is the one behind this. I don’t know anyone that would even be thinking of taking the vehicle that the man she “loved” was killed in, cleaning it, fixing it up, and selling it. That would be the LAST thing on my mind, unless I had something to hide. Obviously it doesn’t bother her to drive the vehicle with the blood in it from her man and then clean it up to sale it. RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE! The police work was absolutely incompetent and careless. The DA should be ashamed for withholding evidence and costing Evaristo so much of his life and allowing the real killers to walk the streets. I am a firm believer in Karma and I know God doesn’t like ugly! Evaristo needs to be let out immediately and compensated for all the years he has lost with his family!
