This whole thing is wrong, corrupt and I think the wrong person is sitting in prison. I was a gang member as well, and young and stupid, but it doesn't mean I'm a murderer. The hypnosis angle is complete garbage, along with the witness cleaning and selling the truck. Instead of charging her with obstruction they helped her pick a kid to take the fall. Shame on everyone involved

the lack of evidence is mind blowing in this case. This poor man (once child) must have suffered so much at the hands of the American “justice” system, that I can’t even begin to imagine what it might be like, to be rotting in prison for something you truly did not do… It breaks my heart honestly. Every life matters. EVERY person is SOMEONE(S) everything.. victims families, as well as the accused families, but ESPECIALLY when it’s a case like this where it looks like BOTH parties were victims and the REAL killer may very likely still walk among us to this very day… Just sickening. Give this man ACTUAL JUSTICE!!!

This is the epitome of a miscarriage of justice. Evidence withheld…intentionally…to get the WRONG person convicted? The victim and his family deserve to have the right person convicted as well as Evaristo Salas and his family. Maybe look harder at the victim’s girlfriend.

After serving 25 years for a crime he may not have committed, he deserves a fair and unbiased trial! There are too many technicalities and unanswered questions!
