There is too much evidence that was left out for the jury to make the right decision. They should have been informed about the girlfriend cleaning the vehicle and selling it. It was a huge loss of physical evidence that could have potentially pointed the finger at the true culprit

Shame on the Judge who denied this man a new trial last year! One more day where "FAIR REPRESENTATION" is denied is not Justice. He's already served more than most to add to the travesty.

I just saw the investigation discovery Network program Reasonable Doubt, and believe Fatima Silva the renowned defense attorney, and retired Birmingham Alabama PD detective Chris Anderson got it right that Evaristo was wrongfully convicted. Judge David Elofson, whodenied Evaresto a new trial, will have his day in court when Judgment Day with God gets here, and so will the lead investigator in this case, the Sunnyside Washington Police Sergeant Jim Richard. In the in the meantime, PRAY EVERYDAY that something bad will happen to Judge Elofson and Sgt. Rivard until Evaristo Salas conviction is overturned by either the Washington State Supreme Court, or the Supreme Court of the US.

The new evidence is clear. It took them no time to convict, but has taken already 24-25 years to see and admit the truth. Hes innocent!!!

I watched the show and while we don't know for sure if he's guilty, we do know he did not receive a fair and just trial. For people who believe he is guilty, why be scared of a new trial? Give him a fair trial and let the truth be known. Let him, his family and the family of the victim have the new trial. They only want the true killer punished. If he is guilty he will remain in prison. But if he isn't guilty, let him live. Let him show our young people what life on the wrong path can do. Let him prove his innocence or guilt. Just let it be fair this time.

I can't understand the miscarriage of justice here. New evidence shows that this man is innocent, and that the murderer has yet to be charged for this death. Salas should be immediately freed.
