Y'all need to do MORE than just easily sign something electronically that may not go anywhere! The more that is seen with no actions the more he has no chance of bringing down the corrupt judicial system! The more they read hear & see the more they will build up their case strongly against him! Start calling around ask friends of friends talk about it at stores you go to do whatever you can because he NEEDS YOU! You are on the outside being free to YOUR ADVANTAGE, he isn't! Help do MORE FOR HIM!!!

After watching The Wrong Man and doing my own research, I truly believe Ofelia had something to do with this murder. Jose’s own brother isn’t even convinced the right man is behind bars and says Ofelia has been distant and hasn’t allowed him to see his nephew. It’s mind boggling that this case hasn’t been reopened considering all the factors that came to light including her DESTROYING the evidence in the car. This man deserves a fair trial.

We really need to expose the "FLAWS & NEGLEGENCE" of our justice system as a whole. As I too have been "Wrongfully Prosecuted"... This happens every single day. To them, we are just the number to add to their belts!!! WAKE UP AMERICA!!!

This man is innocent and even a blind man could see that. Sgt. Rivard should face serious jail time for his lies and that whole department should be under investigation for any more crocked cops!!!

I feel this man has served time for no reason he should be freed and the true killer needs to be found the evidence that was found is showing he is NOT guilty of this crime
