He was only a child . This story I have researched and watched it made my emotions stream tears for hours, to know that the people within our government are so Corrupted to seek a conviction for crimes that they have wasted a young innocent boy's life because they were too lazy to do their job. Informats are usually drug addicted people who are scared to go to prison so they work for the police in order to stay out of jail themselves!! I believe the police should not believe these informative liars and should actually get off their asses and do their jobs!! This is My personal opinions and I am an exAddict . Been clean 12 years!!

I watched this show on Starz called "Wrong man" and learning all that new evidence, I truly believe this man is innocent. I highly believe he is sitting in prison for something he didn't do. Let's be real here that investigation 20 some years ago was corrupted.

Total injustice Evaristo free him there is no need to waste anymore time or money. Evaristo is completly innocent. Put the cop in jail and all else involved in the lies that convicted Evaristo. Also make sure you compensate him for the 20 plus years in jail for nothing. DO THE RIGHT THING NOW!

After learning of this case, I am in tears my heart broken. I have fear and anger flowing thru my blood. This is our Justice system. Ill hold my children a little bit tighter tonight knowing it could possibly and just as easily happen to one of my 4 girls. Locked up for 33years!? Not only Jr. Iost his freedom his familys loss but the family of the victims death loss. His girlfriend has to know more, the witness heard her address the true killer by first name. How mind boggling the state brought n & presented this case to jurors who ultimately convicts just with as little as 2 witnesses. What about hearing and/or believing the other 6 witnesses who say it was an older man in which the gf calles Ricardo. I would think to beleive and/or focuss on 6 rather than 2 witnesses on which 1 blatantly under oath tells the court "dr diagnosed w/CRS DISEASE" IM JUST DISGUSTED W/OUR SYSTEM.
