Don Daraphane spend 4 months in jail he was originally sentenced to 90 days in a Probation Detention Center upon turning himself in he was instructed by the Newton County sheriff's Department to go home due to the Coronavirus pandemic and act as if he was on house arrest for 90 days that the sheriff's Dept would monitor him. He did as he was asked now he is in jail for a probation violate warrant and they want to send him away to serve out the 90 day pdc sentence this is wrong because that would be serving time for the same sentence twice he should get credit for the 90 days house arrest that the sheriff's Dept ordered him to do when he turned himself in for sentenceing when the sheriff's Dept told him to go home and act as if he was on house arrest for 90 days they changed the terms of his sentence and the court and judge should accept that time he did
