Nigerians home and abroad MUST speak with ONE VOICE and condemn the sentencing of 54 soldiers to death by the Nigerian Army for mutiny and conspiracy.

A General Court Martial set up by the Army authorities had put 59 soldiers on trial on a two-count charge of conspiracy to commit mutiny and mutiny on October 16, 2014, both of which carry the death penalty.

The tribunal found 54 of them guilty and therefore sentenced them to death by firing squad.

The Nigerian Army had earlier sentenced 12 soldiers to death on September 16, 2014 for similar offences.

Sign this petition to appeal to the Federal Government and Nigerian Military.

I think it's really unfair&i hope ds collection of signatures can really stop the action,bt from what little I know of the force,it's "obey the last order",no questions, complaints, logic, reasoning, conviction or any of all that,it's obey before complain, only in ds case after obeying u might not be alive 2complain!

I want urge the Federal Government to enforce it on the Army Authority to retract the biased and urealistic judgement passed on this gallant soldiers. They should also call for independent investigation into the accusation of military procurements fund embezzlement or misappropriation.
