I am currently compiling the witness accounts regarding the trial venue and drafting a formal request for a judicial review. These documents will be submitted to the state oversight committee to challenge the initial proceedings.

The volume of support has reached a level that allows me to proceed with formal communication to the judicial authorities. I am currently finalizing the legal brief to request a review of the venue change denial.

Boss is my brother. I believe in his innocense totally. Self Defense is the right of all americans. Boss has been denied this right and I pray that somehow, someone will see the truth because "The Truth Shall Set You Free".
we are praying for the family. so sad to see such a good man locked away for defending himself.
Everyone around here knows how the local courts work. Boss got a raw deal and it just aint right. Justice for Boss now!
The whole county is corrupt. Just let the man go home to his kin.
FREE BOSS. This was a setup from day one. I grew up with him and he aint no murderer. Harlan needs to wake up.

i am so very sorry to here about the loss of Boss this past week. My dad in law absolutely adored him!
